I've never been compelled to write a review before but simply had to after the great experience I had with Dr. Martin. It has been a number of years since I've had my teeth checked. I've had such horrible experiences in the pas t that I've been too afraid to go see anyone. It came to the point where I didn't have a choice and luckily I went to the right office. Dr. Martin was compassionate and kind. She took the time to explain what I needed done and answered all my questions. She didn't judge the awful condition of my mouth and gave me options that I feel comfortable with. I didn't think I'd ever feel comfortable going to the dentist let alone get excited to start getting my teeth fixed. As if I neede d more convincing, when I was leaving the office, I saw Dr Martin talking to patients in the waiting room. These people genuinely looked so happy to see her. I've had a few fillings done now and can really say that she has exceeded all my expectations. I didn't feel a thing and my teeth look and feel so much better. Oh, and her assistant and the hygienist were awesome too!

My first appointment at Central Park West Dentistry was one of the most enjoyable dental experiences of my life. Heidi and the rest of the staff are kind, down to earth people. They were conscious of getting me out in time for work and were very attentive to my dental needs. Without a doubt, I would recommend this office to anyone looking for a positive experience with very kind and enjoyable people.

I love my dental implants!! I recently had 3 implants done by Dr. Martin and her wonderful assistant AJ, and I'm so glad I did it! Before they were done Dr. Martin fully explained all my treatment options I felt confident in my decision to get the implants done. The whole process was pain free and the result was great! My smile has never looked better and I can chew anything again.

Best Dentist Ever!!! I recently switched to this practice and give it glowing reviews. The staff is like being at a 5 star hotel. The doctors (both Lhota and Martin) answered all my questions and didn't rush me out of the practice. As for Arden's review below, my experience (as well as many others posted on here) was amazing. You say they are helpful and courteous - that doesn't sound like a negative. And the money upfront comment - maybe you misunderstood. They offer a discount if you pay of front and who isn't into savings. I was not pressured to do this yet rather loved having the option. TAs far as price, i found them charging competitive prices to other top dentist in the city. I would rather have the knowledge and patient relations rather than a discount. They did all the leg work with the insurance companies and forms. Also a bonus of this practice, they guarantee their work!! Just to think of the money i would have saved in all the repeat procedures needed over time.

I will say, they do run their business different than most....a positive progression from the old park avenue, hushed waiting rooms. A+++++

I re-posted a review that I wish I would have read before I visited this practice but didn't. At first glance this practice seems great. They are overly helpful, courteous and helpful. The downside is they put money first and the patient second. I saw Dr. Martin and had a set of x-rays and a consult done for $300. Certainly not a good deal - that's with no cleaning which I expected and about 5 minutes with the dentist. If that's the extent of what you need done, this is a fine practice to visit. If you need work done for cavities, I would not recommend you use this practice. Like the earlier post that I read, they wanted payment upfront for ALL of the work that I needed done. I've never experienced that before. And the prices were definitely on the high side - close to $500 for a simple filling. I ended up going to great dentist the upper eastside and he was able to treat me in a comfortable environment and for a decent price. AND I paid per appointment. He didn't suggest that I paid the full price all at once (over 6k from Dr. Martin and less that 2k at the new dentist). In fact, when I tried to make a payment after my first appt, the woman at the front was away and the Dr. said just deal with it next time. I would suggest that Dr. Martin's office stop spending money of passing out gift cards to Bed, Bath and Beyond and Home Depot and charge their patients a fair price.

consistent and compassionate!. We only get 1 set of teeth. CPW Dentistry is the place to go to care for our precious teeth. They are serious about dental care, responsive and kind about patient care, and a place where they love to see you (regular check ups/emergencies). It's the total package with a guarantee. Can't beat that!

Dr Jennifer Martin has been my dentist for the past eight years. During this time she has gained my trust because she always provides an honest and candid assessment of my options for treatment. I have had the misfortune of having a lot of work done over the years, however, I have always been satisfied with the results. Let's be honest, no one loves going to the dentist, but I will say that Dr. Martin and her staff make the experience pleasant and enjoyable (and as pain free as possible, ha.). I was lucky to find Dr. Martin. I have recommended her to a number of my colleagues and I would recommend her to anyone looking for an exceptional dentist.

I saw Dr Jennifer Martin and was EXTREMELY happy with the service. The staff were all friendly, and helpful. Coming from the UK, where the dental care is free but notoriously bad, I had heard horror stories from friends visiting dentists in NYC that I would be told I would need extreme amounts of work and be 'upsold' on everything. THIS COULDN'T BE FURTHER FROM THE TRUTH. Dr Martin came through a personal recommendation and the treatment I received from both her and her Hygienist was thorough and the price more than completely reasonable. I had some old fillings removed and replaced and was delighted with the results, I was not upsold in any way and left feeling the issues I had, had been addressed appropriately. Dr Martin was kind, caring and very patient with me as I was very nervous and scared of pain, I felt nothing thanks to her, and I left with sparkling teeth. I would definitely return.

This was my first dental visit in over a year, and it was a good one. The scheduling process was easy. When I walked into the office I was greeted and offered coffee or tea. After my paperwork was completed I was brought back by my hygienist right away. My cleaning was easy and painless. She was nice and easy to talk to. When Dr. Lhota performed my exam he informed me I had several teeth with cavities starting to form, but that I could stop them from getting worse with flossing and fluoride. He told me I didn't need fillings, and that we would watch those teeth. It is refreshing to find a dental office that provides good and honest care.
