Clean, Professional, Knowledgeable & Friendly!

I found Central Park West Dentistry on-line and made an appointment. The woman, Heidi who made my appointment for me was very friendly on the phone. I needed my teeth cleaned and maintenance on my porcelain veneers. When I got to the office I noticed it was very clean, the staff was very professional and very attentive to my needs. They also realized I was nervous, but made me feel comfortable.The hygienists are very knowledgeable and patient. The dentist, Dr. John F. Lhota is also very knowledgeable and took time to speak with me about what procedure I needed in order to have healthy gums and teeth. The time he took to speak with me gave me a good feeling about letting him work on my veneers. I would definitely recommend CPW Dentistry over all other dentists!

Great Service!

Great service! I had an early morning appointment (7am) and was still half asleep, but the staff greeted me with smiles and were very warm and welcoming. The hygienist was very knowledgeable and gentle in the cleaning. Overall, very satisfied. Added bonus: Free $50 gift card for being referred and another one for referring someone!

horrible horrible visit

I have been a client of Dr. Lhota's office for years so I was flabbergasted by the horrible treatment I received at the front desk my last visit. This is the new year and we have a new insurance. The ladies at the front desk tried to keep me in the office until they sorted out payment. Meanwhile, I had two cavities filled and I was feeling horrible. One side of my mouth was numb up to my eye. I asked her if I could call them in four hours, after I rested. I also asked them to call my husband who would straighten everything out, also a client for years. They really did not want to let me go. I know times are tight and people need to be paid but they know my entire family and I was really in pain, which I'm not normally in after seeing Dr. Lhota. The pain was scary and the treatment was horrible. Very Very Very sad:)

Everyone at the office was extremely nice and helpful. I was so happy to find a dentist open 7 days a week being that I had a dental emergency on a holiday weekend. The whole staff was so welcoming and Dr. Lhota did an amazing job!

I grew up with a family full of dentists, but I also grew up NEEDING to go to the dentist all the time. My family never worked on my mouth but I had some tramatic experiences as a child with a pediatric dentist. As a result, I am TERRIFIED to sit in a dentists chair and jump at every move. Dr. Martin has been my dentist for over 6 years and I LOVE her! she's VERY gentle, and will even give nitrice for my cleanings! I'm saying I'm a REAL baby and she puts up with it! I'llNEVER leave her if I can help it! She gave me a great smile!
