Overview – The fact that even a stairwell is used as a gallery space testifies to this Lutheran congregation's devotion to art as an important component of spirituality. The chapel designed by Louise Nevelson is her only permanent installation in NYC. Intended for worship, prayer and meditation, this is no tourist site.
