A tough one

A tough one. They are a block away so the convenience is great. They are never crowded and the customers that I meet there are friendly. But, they are expensive though it may have something to do with the neighborhood. My biggest pet peeve is that they are bored and unfriendly. When I spend money, I expect a thank you. I never remember receiving a thank you. So I go there occasionally if I have to have something immediately. Otherwise I get my thank you at Whole Foods and through online shopping.

• Cons: Unfriendly, expensive

Horrible RUDE staff and overpriced!

First of all, they are overpriced, but I thought I would overlook that because they are close to my apartment and they deliver.

However, after spending $70+ there one day on food and a toy for my cat, I realized that the ($6) cat toy had ripped apart (it is not supposed to) after less than 24 hours.

I went back the next day to return it and they were rude and then laughed me out of the store! And believe me, I was not being rude or pushy at all! I have bought many cat toys before and NONE of them have ripped apart so quickly...the only issue I ever had was a broken toy from Petco which Petco happily exchanged for me. That's all I wanted and expected this time, not to be condescended to.

The people at Furry Paws are nasty and not helpful - aside from being rude, they always just sit behind the counter on the phone.

This place should be avoided at all costs

Quick Delivery,Excellent Service and Large

Everytime a order i can depend on Furry Paws to delivery same day or within hour. Service is excellent and they have the largest selectionon of pet food and accessories. WOW! that's incredible try to receive same day or within hour delivery

My bike thrown on the ground and I was called a piece-of-sht by a staff member (in Spanish)

After paying over a 100USD for goods, I found that my bike that was parked outside has been thrown on the ground and another bike parked in its place. I got back into the store and I found out that the second bike belonged to the delivery person. I asked if he could move his bike to let mine out and he said: "Next time park elsewhere because that is my spot". I complained with the store assistant and as a result the delivery person came back and called me a piece of sht in Spanish.

I regret having made my purchase at Furry Paws will never ever go back to any of their stores, not even if my cat is starving.
