Delicious Food!. Franceso's is the restaurant / pizzeria that can stand by their italian menu. Out of the pizzeria lies that i wasted my time and money. a couple of months ago, i finally found that caught my heart. the food is delicious and the pizza is unbeatable. this is place that everyone must try!

BEST Pizza EVER!. I go to Francescos Pizzeria more than twice a week because they are the only pizzeria in the neighborhood that use fresh tomatoes, fresh dough, not frozen. Onde day when I walked in to have my usual order of Veal Marsala (which is AMAZING) I saw Steven Speilberg and his family come in. I had a chance to speak to him and he told that Francescos was recommended to him from Harrison Ford.

So if you want good food and chance to meet a superstar, go to Frnacescos, Number ONE place I recommend. The food is fresh, the service is prompt and friendly and the clientele, being people used to nothing but the best speak LEAGUES about the quality of this place.

Try the Veal Marsala!

Don't forget the Pasta!!!. Normally when I find a pizzeria I love....its for the best slice but I found myself a repeat customer at Francesco's for the pasta! Believe me....I've had every dish!

Any style of pasta in the vodka sauce is delicious and I love to ask for grilled chicken on top.

More then the pasta Francesco's is a celebrity hang out! I've seen everyone from Tony Danza to Ben Affleck!

Food delivery: Great food, management is not professional or courteous. Although expensive for a pizza/pasta joint, we order delivery at least 3-4 times/week because their vodka sauce and pizza are really good (and they're efficient and usually accurate), but their friendliness and courtesy need work. Once they forgot to send an item I ordered and the guy told me he would send me one the next time (that's how often I order from them) since I volunteered to let them forgo the second trip on a busy Friday night (they obviously didn't write it down or keep a record). When I called a couple days later, they actually *accused* me of trying to finagle something from them for free! I was so insulted especially considering I spend >$150 there every week and they don't even extend me any friendliness or recognition on the phone when I'm ordering. My advice: eat their delicious food, but never be gracious. If they forget something in delivery, make them make that second trip to send you what they owe you even if it costs them time and money. After all, their high prices warrant better service.

Not only great pizza but also great Itaian Food!. The 2 best things from Francesco's are the Hot Grilled Chicken Hero and the Baked Ziti. Although the prices are a little high, the quality is great and portions are large.

Soooo Good. I love this place - great slices, great salads, and great pasta. Not much else to say, except that their penne vodka should be a controlled substance as it's quite addictive!

Now, that's what I call pizza!. Desperate for a couple of satisfying slices, I noticed the large crowd of patrons at this establishment so I dropped in. I was immediately impressed by the various choices of pizza as well as their appearance (you know how some places have pie that looks like it's been laying out for 2 day?). I tried a slice of the white pizza with spinach, ricotta, and diced tomatoes, as well as a slice of mushroom pie. Terrific! Very little grease, crispy crust, and fresh ingredients on these oversized slices (stop me if I sound like a Papa Johns commercial). This pizza is comparable to a couple of the more well know spots in the Village and Brooklyn. I definately recommend this place for anyone who wants to a quick, informal bit to eat.

Fun Pizza Joint. Francesco's is the perfect place to go if you're looking for a classic neighborhood pizza joint. Local regulars frequent it there often. The food is suprisingly good and the pizza is delicious. Great place for anyone to go for a good slice!

Yum!. Francesco has good slices in lots of interesting combinations--and the olive oil crust is very yummy. The atmosphere is typical pizza-joint.

The REAL great part about this place, though, is the delivery. The entrees they serve are excellent: very consistently delicious pastas, meat dishes and seafood at reasonable prices. Much higher quality than you'd expect from a pizza place.

If their dining room was really a "dining" room, it would be considered one of the best restaurants in the Lincoln Center area.
