great style, design and customer service

i was so blown away by how beautiful the flowers were at a dinner party that a recently attended that i, of course, had to ask who had done the decor. learning that stonekelly had created the spectacular setting, i used them, promptly, for the next time i had to send flowers to a friend. not only was the whole transaction entirely pleasant: lovely to deal with on the phone, real knowledge of their product, etc...), but, most importantly, i saw the flowers which had been sent on my behalf, and they were exquisite! elegant, creative, standout, beautiful! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

worst customer service

i called about wedding arrangements and encountered the RUDEST man on the phone. Without knowing any of the details of the wedding he started telling me what he couldn't do. Is that the appropriate way to speak to a potential customer?!?!?

the best in NEW YORK

I have ordered flowers and attended events desgned by Stone Kelly for years. They have the most creative ideas and the most beautiful arrangements I have seen. Whenever I need to impress a client, I order from Stone Kelly. You can't go wrong with them. And the people there are the best - Jen Stone and Marco are experts and ARTISTS. I can't imagine going anywhere else and neither should you!

Extremely POOR Service

The manager at Stone Kelly doesn't understand customer service....the service or shall I say lack of service was awful...there are many other florists in the city to chose from who offer excellent customer service and just as nice if not better floral arrangements....advice...try somewhere else...
