So disappointed :((.
So disappointed.......When I go to a spa, I'm there to relax and feel good not to be battered by (I think) Marda and her broken english !!!
My friend got me a gift at feline's,I was so happy but that din't last to long. Why? The facialist kept asking my what products I use and when I told her for the next hour or so all I did was listen to her telling me how my face will get bad If I don't use what products she recommends. Which is their products.

Holiday top notch spa in my own backyard!.
It used to be that when I was on a holiday abroad or perhaps Palm Springs I would avail myself of special spa treatments. Now I need not wait as I have such an upscale spa right here in NYC close to home.
Visually Feline Day Spa is serene & the practitioners are lovely & accommodating. The massages are luxurious & it is a MUST DO treat for myself & friends who come in from out of town.
That said my absolute favorite treatment are the facials that I have with Sea. Sea is a consummate professional. Not only does she do an impeccable job of clearing up my skin but throws in a relaxing neck and shoulder massage for good measure. What can I say? For me Sea's facials have now become "APPOINTMENT WORTHY" every few months as I always emerge from her treatments fully rejuvenated and renewed.

Best Facial.
On Mothers Day I got a gift certificate from my kids to Felines for a facial.And then I met Lucina and the facial she gave me was really relaxing. With her amazing touch
my Mothers Day turn into the best I ever had!

Special Packages not welcomed!!!!!. Was gifted a "special package" for a massage, mini-facial and spa mani/pedi. The first 2 went well but the last was almost a disaster! To start, the woman wasn't all that friendly and didn't know I was there for a spa mani/pedi. Then it just got worse. The massage on my feet and hands lasted about 1 minute and every question I asked was answered with "an attitude"!! Bye, bye Felines.....there's so many other really good spas there's no need to return to yours!

2/2. The estheticians at Feline are wonderfull ladies, and they are proffecionals with a lot of expierience. and please don't put a bad review as a vendetta just because your ego got hurt . Get over it and be happy someone told you the truth ..otherwise all that frowning will give you more wrinkles and you'll have more to complain about.

Unhappy with service.
My original post was deleted by the owner of this salon who contacted citysearch. I am starting to wonder if this is truly an unbiased review site.
So I will stick to the unarguable facts of my personal experience at this salon:
1. I felt better before going to the salon than I did after.
2. I will not go back to this salon.
3. This salon is the only salon that I have reviewed so far that replies to negative comments on Citysearch accusing people of posting fake comments.
4. I do not think these are nice people running this salon.
5. I have been to better salons in NYC and feel that this one is mediocre. If they were not mediocre, I feel that they would not spend all of their time on Citysearch arguing with customers who are unhappy with their service.
I have reviewed the Citysearch policy and everything in this email is in line with that policy.
I'm sure the salon will respond that it is not them it is me, only in support of bullet #5.

Great Massages. I have been a client for many years. I recommend the nail care and I frequenly go for massages. My favorite masseuse is Iwona; she is fabulous, really fabulous.

Beyond Awesome!.
As a spa aficionado; frequenting the most luxurious and elite spa's that Manhattan has to offer; Feline Day Spa ranks as # 1 in my book.
The cozy and warm atmosphere matches the staffs attentiveness as they attended to my every needs and desires. I was also impressed with how long the staff has been with the spa and their devotion to it.
The massage I received was incredible, my manicure and pedicure lasted longer than any other I had received. My day at this wonderful spa was capped off by the most amazing and relaxing body scrub and facial ever. Feline Day Spa is beyond awesome!
