I've always felt that I'm not doing my taxes 100% correctly, not applying the right credits and getting deductions where I should be...working with Matt and Sidney Kaufman has been a refreshing experience. They are thoughtful in how they provide you tax advice and are always thinking about how your life situation may change in the coming years and accordingly help you prepare and plan. Best Tax Preparation in NYC. I have been a client here for over 5 years. I am writing this review after having my 2011 return filed. As always my experience was painless, informative, and helpful. My situation changed this year as I was married in 2011 and was worried how that would change things. My CPA here was great explained everything to me and helped me find all the deductions I am able to take. Great tax preparation in Manhattan!

Tax Guru's. I have been living in the city for the past 3 years. A co worker told me about this office and they have helped me every year. I was blind sided by the complexity and what was involved in filing taxes here. These guys took all the pain out of the tax process. They have prepared my returns and given great advice. I highly recommend.

Excellent Tax Prep in the City. Second year in a row using this office, very happy once again. I moved to the US 2 years ago and was shocked at how difficult it seemed to be to understand and file taxes. These guys took all the pain out of filing, they helped set my wife up with a tax id # and helped me file the return. They must do a lot of foreign returns because they knew a lot about my tax situation. Really happy and definitely recommend this place.

Great CPA's in NYC. Found this office once the IRS came after me. I owed a few years back taxes and didn't know what to do. I was self employed and didn't have anything withheld so I thought I was in big trouble. I found this office through a google search and I am impressed. I called in and was able to get an appointment the next day and all of my back years were done the day after my appointment. My taxes were a lot less then I thought after working with the CPA. Highly recommend charged a reasonable fee and I will be back.

Back Taxes Lifesaver. I found this place after reading the reviews online. I 100% agree with everything that was posted.

This place is the best to do your income taxes in NYC.

The IRS came after me for back taxes and started to garnish my wages. I was in big trouble, I found these guys and a CPA did my past 10 years federal and state within a few days. They charged a reasonable rate (about half what another major CPA firm quoted me). They helped me get my act together and then helped me work on an offer and compromise as well as a voluntary state disclosure to help limit my burden.

I am going to file on time going forward and will be back next year. I really recommend this place as they helped me out with a situation I was dreading and had put off for far to long. These guys are the best at taxes in NYC.

Best place to do income taxes in NYC. I go here every year to do my NYC income taxes. They are very knowledgeable and really helpful in taking you through the whole income tax filing process. If you live in or around NYC, I highly recommend getting your taxes done here.

No one does it better than Sidney Kaufman!. I got my taxes done here and am now a customer for life. Sidney Kaufman Income Taxes NYC did such a great job and were so friendly, everyone should give this place a call. I’ve tried the big guys like Liberty Taxes and H&R Block, and for income taxes nyc, no one does it better than Sidney Kaufman and crew.
