I was afraid I had baby cockroaches in my house so I call Pest Away Exterminating. They were out the next day, inspected the bug and told me it was a dry food beetle. This beetle eats dry food stored in open cardboard box containers that do not seal. After looking around my pantry for 10 minutes we found a group of them in my Oyster crackers. Often these pests come in to our homes from the food system. The exterminator recommended that I purchase sealed plastic storage containers for any food like pasta and crackers that comes in boxes that do not seal. Removing the food supply eliminates the problem. No chemicals required! Very honest and helpful, pest away will have my future business for any pest problems.

I was having a problem with ants for the last month that ant spray and traps were not helping so I finally decided it was time to call in the professionals for some help. I called around town and they were the most reasonably priced for the services that I needed. Sherrell, who answered the phone was very knowledgeable and was able to get service out to me the same day! The exterminator arrived at the scheduled time interval that was provided to me. He was very professional, thorough, spent time educating me on pests, and had very valuable input in regards to my pest issues. I had never had pest issues before and decided to sign on for maintenance service to keep my problems to a minimum. I would highly recommend this company, they even have a guarantee for services. I’ve been dealing with mice in my store for a while and nothing I used seems to be working. I looked for a local exterminator and found Jeff through the high praise he's received here.



I contacted him and he offered to visit my store to see what was wrong. Jeff is very professional and still personable. While he showed up a bit late, it was due to the fact that he offers his services across the city, and the traffic in New York is always a mess.

Jeff checked out our store for any structural damage and mapped out a solution for us. Within a week, we already noticed a difference. We're planning on scheduling him for the internal work soon and continuing our service with him indefinitely.

We've had Jeff from Pest Away come out many times for different problems and he's always been incredibly helpful, friendly and informative. He even took a sample of a bug that he was not sure of & had it tested by an entomologist! Talk about going above and beyond!

As it turned out we had a strange strain of mites in the garden/patio/bbq area. I was worried about using poison, especially in the bbq area and he assured me he would use a natural solution and it worked.

Would highly recommend Pest Away and Jeff in particular for any of your bug or pest needs. He's as honest as the day is long, as nice as can be and will get your problem solved for a very reasonable price. Thank you Jeff!

These guys are great to work with. I got a free estimate when they came out spent their time walking around our property and looked at what needs to be done. the guy who came out was straight forward and told me right away what needs done to stop the mice from coming into my house because no matter what I did there would always be 1 or 2 running around. After their rodent proofing I haven’t seen a single mouse yet! Thanks a bunch

My parents don’t speak English so it was very tough for them to describe their bed bug problem with extermination companies. I had been away for school all this time so I couldn’t help. All the companies that my parents hired all tried to rip us off. They charged us ridiculous amounts for problems they couldn’t fix. Thankfully when I searched around and found Pest Away. The staff at this company was extremely sincere and had a lot of integrity. I have a lot of respect for the people who work here. Excellent service and prices.

Bed bugs are probably my number one fear in the world. When my super told me someone in the apartment had bed bugs I absolutely flipped. My super arranged an inspection w/ one of the guys from Pest Away and I must say they did an amazing job. He answered all my questions about bed bugs and was very patient with me. Thank God I didn’t have bed bugs but if I ever did I would definitely call Pest Away.

Don’t leave yourself unprotected against bed bugs!! Visit Pest Away to purchase all your bed bug protective needs. I went in, got mattress and pillow protective covers in addition to a PackTite which has been really helpful in avoiding bringing the pests into my home. They have friendly customer service representatives and their prices were reasonable. Office is conveniently located in Midtown Manhattan.
