Bring Your Appetite. Great food but make sure you are ready to chow down. The burgers are obviously famous but the rest of the menu is also strong. If you are not in the mood for a big burger, then the chicken quesadillas are the truth.

Great Food to Indulge. When you want a meal that'll fill you up, and water your taste buds, take from me, this is the place. I am a professional chef that has worked all over this city, and I can't even make a burger like Jackson Hole. Great burgers, chicken sandwiches, and appetizers. All around a great place to get tae out when your with a bunch of friends hangin in for the night.

Best in NYC. I have been going to Jackson Hole for the past 20 years with my dad and now close friends when they come into the city. These might be some of the best burgers in the entire city and if you don't get a chocolate egg cream then your missing out on a true NYC great!!

horrible delivery service. food is fine, but delivery is horrific. Said delivery would take 60 minutes, actually took OVER two hours, and the person who answered the phone was completely unhelpful. Keep in mind i'm a ten minute walk from their restaurant, only a few minutes by bike.

Gigantic portions, great service.
Great place if you are looking to get what you pay for. Food is really good. The portions are gigantic and the service is really fast.
It's not so much the quality of the burgers which make them impressive (they are not angus), but the size of them are incredible (make sure you get yours well done if your are concious about that). If you order extra fixins on your burger...well that is a meal in itself.
I had a Casear salad there that would satisfy Paul Bunyon's appetite.
I've eaten there a couple of times and each time I've been served my entire meal in about 5 minutes.

Solid Service, Big Portions. Everything is huge here from burgers to salads to even their shakes. Its not a traditional diner, but a supersized Midwestern one. There are many Jackson Holes, but this is the best (and only one) on the Upper East Side.

Go there hungry !. I've been to 3 other Jackson Hole locations (2 in Queens & on 3rd Ave) & the food is the same ! Huge Burgers & Excellent French Fries ! But unless I go there starving - there is no way I can finish my whole meal. There are many different burger choices with all kinds of toppings. They have a bunch of other sandwiches, a large breakfast menu & even a "south of the border" section which was great since the Mexican place next door looked awesome & we couldn't decide which to go to. We were able to get Nachos & burgers all at one place ! ! This Jackson hole has an outdoor area with tables on Columbus Ave. It looks like a diner but has mostly hamburgers on the menu ! Definitely a great place if you're looking for alot of food for not alot of money.

Burgers are Huge!. If you go here, definitely get the HUGE burgers! If you're a fan of burgers, this is the place to go.

Is this the best?.
When I first moved to NYC I asked a few people where I should go to get a really good burger. Sadly people directed me to this loaction.
Each time I have been to this location the bun fell apart. The lettuce was warm and limp instead of crisp and cool. The patty was dry and not cooked to the tempature I requested which is medium rare. And to top that all off I have to basically beg to get a soda refill.
The only good thing about this location is Jennifer Aniston once worked there. Unless you are hoping for a Jennifer and Brad sighting stay away.
