The Freshest Most Exquisite Flowers!. Every time I ordered flowers they exceeded expectations. The most important occasions become that much more special. The elegant design enhances the highest quality flowers, so the recipients are ecstatic and I feel I received more value than I paid for.

DID NOT SHOW UP!. My mother intended to send me flowers for my wedding anniversary. Surroundings called the day before the delivery to schedule a time, since I do not have a doorman in my building. They asked that I block a 3 hour window for delivery (who are they, Time Warner Cable?). I obliged. Unfortuantely after waiting around all Saturday afternoon, Surroundings DID NOT SHOW UP AT ALL!!! I called immediately after my 3 hour window expired to speak with customer service but they close at 3pm on Saturday so no one was around. Unbelievable. Would give zero stars if possible.

Great prices and lovely work fit for people ith good taste!. I order online mostly but when I call they are so pleasant. They make you feel like you are a very important customer and really try to help you. They always send my orders on time and they are always lovely. Overall, this is a great florist.

Will use them again!. I ordered flowers for my mother very late in the day and the staff was so friendly nd helpful and they delivered the flowers within 3 hours. My mother is a very particular woman and she loved them!

STOOD UP!. My fiance and I are having our wedding at an Abigail Kirsch facility and they require that we choose one of their recommended florists. Surroundings is one of the florists on their list, so we decided to meet with them for a consultation. Although the address on this site says 79th St., their main location is at 125th St. and Amsterdam Ave.. My fiance and I travelled, via taxi, to this location for our appointment. When we arrived, the place was locked shut and dark. I called our consultant, Tara, and merely got her voice mail. So we hailed the next cab we saw and went home. Needless to say, we will not be requiring the services of Surroundings for our event.

poor service.
I ordered flowers from them for my daughters birthday. They were not deloivered all day- making me look like i had forgotten the occasion I tried to call the store but they had already closed...Finally at 6pm they were delivered . Ridiculous.........I will never use them again.
Suggest you order a day in advance -just to make sure that they arrive on the day of the occasion

Surroundings DID deliver my flowers on time, and i regret the posting. Surroundings did a great job delivering my flowers on time! Please use them for your Manhattan orders.

Surroundings Flowers = Outstanding!!!. I recently just got married and had a hard time finding a florist. I had gone to numerous places where I was treated like an annoying inconvenience. And then I met Cheryl at Surroundings flowers. She was FABULOUS! She was patient, enthusiastic, answered all of my questions and sent several price proposals to accommodate my budget. As the wedding got closer, I kept changing my mind on what i wanted, driving myself crazy and I am sure her as well. If I was driving her mad, you would never know as she was always patient and came up with creative ideas. On the wedding I was blown away by the quality of flowers and the beauty of the arrangements. She seemed to know what I wanted better than myself. The flowers exceeded my expectations. If you are looking for a quality professional florist, I HIGHLY recommend Surroundings. They are FANTASTIC! Thank Cheryl and Maggy for your help in making my wedding very special.
