  1. Unlike other Indian restaurants that use poor quality chicken and cover it with curry, all the chicken were of good quality.
  2. Don't bother with those places in the village, this is the ticket to memorable indian food.

Standard Indian Fare. Classic menu, and quite nice. Not as spicy as other places. Tikka masala a little sweet, but still very good. Their mango lassi is heaven in a glass actually.

But the reason I continue to go here with my kids over and over again is the service. Something that is so incredibly hard to find nowadays in restaurants, is just overflowing here.

They just moved, by the way. They dropped the Royal (for now), and are on Amsterdam between 105 and 106.

  • Pros: service, good food, served fast too.
  • Cons: been there six times. Have yet to have a single complaint.

Sunday All-You-Can-Eat Buffet

by ka1tx

Yummy Delicious Dinner Buffet at 10.95.

I loved the creamy chicken curry. Unlike other Indian restaurants that use poor quality chicken and cover it with curry, all the chicken were of good quality. But I LOVED the dessert like curry flavored with coconut. Yummy Chicken Tikka.

The restaurant is small and cozy. You can go inside with jeans and T-shirt and not worry about whether youre properly dressed.

But the downside: unlike most buffet restaurants, the waiters do not replace your plate. You use that ONE plate to refill. I guess they dont have dishwashers staffed.

  • Pros: Sunday buffet, single diner friendly, cute, petite, casual
