Rude manager and staff. This place has a good selection but terribly rude management and staff. They yelled at me for crossing out my credit card number on the sales slip, which I do to protect against identity theft. When they warned me that they would cancel the sale if I did this again, I returned what I had bought on the spot. This is a terrible way to treat customers, especially in this economy.

Editorial Review. This shop, which prides itself on being one of the cheapest around, is an Upper West Side mainstay.
