i tried calling both the toll free and local number on the website today and they aren't working. is this place still in business...why wouldnt there at least be an answering machine?

Shop some place else!!!!! I purchased a stroller package that listed specific items in the package. I did not receive one of the items. I contacted the store via e mail 3+ times and they said they shipped the item. They lied!!! I filed a complaint with an agency. The general manager again LIED to the agency about the item and the case was closed. Do not buy anything from this store online. They do not fill the order as it is listed leaving you without important parts needed to use items. The 2 lies I caught them in is very annoying. I read some other reviews saying people had a hard time with customer service. Beware!!

i registered with albeebaby online so that my friends and family in new york could send me shower gifts in seattle. not every package delivered to me included an order copy so in half the cases i had no idea who sent me the gift. one gift, marked online as purchased, never made it to my house. i called because i wanted to return another gift (with no order copy included) and left voicemail twice. (i called perhaps 10 times but they NEVER answer). no one called me back. i missed the 30 day window for returns because of negligence on their part and am now stuck with a $100 bag i have no use for.
there are plenty of sites online for registering. don't get stuck with a place that has such poor customer service.

- Cons: horrible customer service, poor return policy, poor registry tracking online, half the deliveries didn't include order copies
