Great service. Ordered flowers for delivery the same day, recipient received them at the time requested and said they were absolutely beautiful. Attentive, professional service.

Terrible...poor (non-existent) customer service. Absolutely terrible. Ordered flowers well in advance of Valentine's Day, flowers were delivered the day after Valentine's. The florist has not returned any of 4 emails that I have since sent but had no trouble charging my card for the full amount. Please do not make the same mistake that I did...use another florist!!!

Worst. Timing. Ever.. No idea how they managed to get this high average, one star would be fairly generous. They happily take orders for valentine delivery, only to deliver whenever they get around to it. They're just too unreliable for anything remotely important.

The worst Florist shop. I ordered Valentine's Day flowers about 2 weeks ahead. But still the flowers never got delivered. I called them the on Valentines day and they said it was on the way. I had the flowers delivered to my wife's job. And you would figure they would try to deliver on business hours(9-5). So the flowers never came. Ruining my V-day. Next day i called and they said they will deliver today. WHATS YOU USE??? VALENTINE'S DAY IS OVER!!! We overpay for Vday flowers, not overpay for a regular day flowers. I canceled my order and wanted a refund. So let's see if i even ever get credited. Bottom line, I WILL NEVER USE ACADEMY FLORAL EVER AGAIN! AND I SUGGEST NOBODY USE THEM ALSO! FREE SHIPPING = NO SHIPPING.

Academy Florist SUCKS.
I am less than impressed. My son ordered flowers 2 weeks ago to be delivered to his girlfriend and she received NOTHING! And, they dont answer the phone. I plan on contacting the local authorities and the better business bureau!

do not use ever!.
I ordered the flower on 12th, Feb. to deliver on 13th Feb. My receiver never got any flower. When I called them on the night of 13th, they said that they would call me back. they didn't call me. I called them again twice in the morning of 14th. and they said same thing which they would call me back in an hour. they never called me back.
and they sounds like they are pissed off. This situation is their responsibility. I'm supposed to be pissed off! not them!
They don't deserve to get even one star!
They are rude and not responsible people.
Don't use your time and money.
