The women there have recognized my face for years and I never preferred to go to any other nail salon but theirs. Now heres the story...i happened to walk in at 7pm and waited until someone was done with their pedicure. I had waited for like an hour and all i got done was a cut...file and tip on my big toe and thats it. It was 8:30PM and i couldn't get the full service i requested due to the fact that it was late and they were gunna close. The korean lady told me that there was no time for french pedicure because they wanted to go home and it was late. They were selfish and didn't provide a full satisfied service. So instead of getting it done rushed i agreed to what they have said. They asked me to pay 35 dollars and to come back the following day to get it done. I got in and i thought it was promised. no!??!?? they allowed people to skip ahead of me...i thought okay this is really bad...they are definitely goin to lose a customer...so the korean lady told me to sit on the stairs and if it was okay if she could do them there...i was like what? i can't wait for a chair? she said its busy you know... in my head i thought wat kinda fukin service is this..they were playing and disrespecting me... i was so disappointed and disgusted ..that i wanted her to do it and just leave the place for good...they are greedy b*tches!!! beware!! plus they treat the pedicure girls unfair there...
Cons: they don't appreciate long time customers...

I was a loyal customer for over 5 years. Even though this place is the size of a cardboard box, I really enjoyed the Mon-Wed $20 Mani-Pedi special. However, I can no longer frequent this establishment because the owner swiped my bank card twice, and then refused to reimburse me-even AFTER showing her my banking receipt, and then calling my card's customer service reps!!!!! I would not leave without my money, and once she realized this, I got my $35 back. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!
