DO NOT USE!!. I would give this company no stars of that were possible. The move they did was by far the worst move of my life. Nick, the estimator gave me an estimate that bore no resemblance to what I was finally charged and the move took almost twice as long as he told me, leaving me and my family with nowhere to stay and no clothes for a night. When I called Nick during the move to discuss what could be done about how slowly things were moving he yelled at me about how much furniture I had, furniture he had seen when he came for the estimate. The movers told me he is known for giving deceptive prices and underestimating the time needed. Nick and his company exemplify the worst that is said about moving companies. DO NOT USE!!

Expert Movers that I reccommend. i have moved a few times in my life and let me tell you this was the easiest move i have had. working with the guys at Despatch made my life a lot easier. From the initial to the timely scheduled pick up and finally the drop off. everything went to plan i got all my stuff in my place in the exact rooms i wanted them. it made my life so much easier as i work a lot and working with organized people help trully made me feel at ease. I will definitely use Despatch the next time i move I definitely recommend this company...so you can experience what I am talking about.

Definitely Highly Recommended!!!. Im glad i made the call and went with Despatch moving. I was moving here locally in the nyc area and needed a quick move on spur of the moment.. they were so accomadating and the rate were very competitive. they moved my stuff very quickly and without any problems...it was seamless. They were organized and all i had to do is tell them where the stuff went. I defintly recommend using Despatch and will tell my friends all to use them.

Great Rates for all your needs...Storage and Moving!!. This place is great! They offer Summer college storage and that works out great for me. I am a third year student here in NYC and have stored all my belongings here for the past 3 years. Its effecient cost effective and saves me the worries of having to lug all my stuff back to Colorado and best of all my stuff was just the way i left it.

Unethical-increased prices 40% from quote. My company moved me from new york to san francisco - I had to get 3 quotes before selecting the lowest bid. Nick at Despatch gave me the lowest quote. Once the truck was on its way to San Francisco he had his assistant send me a fax to say that the price had increased by 40%. Apparently it was my fault that Nick underestimated the weight of my furniture. HOW CAN HE BE 40% OFF? WHY IS THAT MY FAULT? He made no concessions, was not willing to revise anything. So I am left holding the bag - with no recourse whatever. Please learn from my misfortune. Take your business elsewhere
