I had a similar experience as one of the other reviewers. They were pleasant during ordering, although they lost my order and I had to call to check on the order and they said it was lost so would reissue ot. Which they did and this time notified me when it arrived. The trouble came when I went to pick up and pay for the tile. They increased the cost by more than 50% indicating that the order required a lot of their time and special packaging and handling. when I balked at the cost, they were offended that I did not appreciate the effort they had put into the order. Frankly,solid color, standard size ceramic tile shouldn't be that hard. Glad I didn't buy the tiles!
Pros: Nice Assortment
Cons: Really felt like a bait and switch

Shopping here was wonderfully. Lots to pick from and couldn't ask for greater service. Thanks guys for the wonderfule kitchen.
