Fabulous Find!!

I just bought a new apartment and I am doing a complete gut renovation...Estia Tiles has the best selection of tile I have seen around.

The staff is very helpfull and they have fantastic ideas!!

Will be coming back for my summer home!

• Pros: Great selection, great prices, great ideas, great service
• Cons: Not open on weekends

Be careful, not everything is as it seems.....

I had a similar experience as one of the other reviewers. They were pleasant during ordering, although they lost my order and I had to call to check on the order and they said it was lost so would reissue ot. Which they did and this time notified me when it arrived. The trouble came when I went to pick up and pay for the tile. They increased the cost by more than 50% indicating that the order required a lot of their time and special packaging and handling. when I balked at the cost, they were offended that I did not appreciate the effort they had put into the order. Frankly,solid color, standard size ceramic tile shouldn't be that hard. Glad I didn't buy the tiles!

Great choice of Kitchenware

Shopping here was wonderfully. Lots to pick from and couldn't ask for greater service. Thanks guys for the wonderfule kitchen.

Shop elsewhere

While they have a great assortment of floor and wall tile you will likely experience problems. They are nice until they get your order. I had accurate measurements that I took myself. I told them exactly how much tile I had on my walls. I only wanted to replace the tile. They ran their calculations and I placed my order. Unfortunately, I didn't check their math. I had 30% of my order left over. You're supposed to order 10% above what you need to account for loss and have some extra. They would not take any of it back, even though they did the calculations. And they tried to get my contractor to accept marble that was different from what I ordered. My contractor is now doing a renovation for an associate of mine. He warned her not to shop there. She didn't listen. She had problems too.
