Lost over $1,000 worth of laundry!. I was a loyal user of this dry cleaners until they lost over $1000 dollars worth of my laundry (15 lbs.). To date I have not received one apology from the owner nor has he attempted to reimburse me once. When I went to the store to speak to the owner, he actively tried to ignore me, spoke to his employees while I was speaking to him, sweot the storefront, and 'shushed' me when a customer walked in. On top of that he has yelled at me for not being able to prove what was in the laundry bag and has hung up on me twice after reaching out to him by phone. I am now forced to take him to court. The place is cheap but i definitely regret ever having used this place. Definitely not a place that deserves business from any of its customers.
