Been going to Willy for 14yrs. His operation is the BEST!. I was going to Willy when he worked on 1st. Ave. between 83rd and 84th; before he ventured out on his own. I have tried some other places on the East Side but none come close for a straight forward " mens haircut ."

The previous review who said they were rude on the phone is probably some spoiled type A with sensitivity issues because his parents never told him no. You know the type!

First off: They don't take appointments and are very busy.

Secondly: Show up and wait if you have to. I have never waited longer than 25minutes.

Thirdly: Great atmosphere, great music selection and professionalism.

Tito is the man.. Just started going to Willy's on UES recently...and I'm finally getting good haircuts again. They all seem to do a great job, I use Tito who's a great guy & really spends time and makes sure you leave looking great. Not like those other barbershops ! They've got talent and they do a great job. Affordable and worth it!

Great chops!. These barbers know how to give a good hair cut! They pay attention to the fine details that my previous barbers always overlooked. After just a few visits, I didn't even have to tell them what to do. I'm not sure about the previous rude comment, that person must've dialed the wrong number, because the folks over at Willy's are awesome.

Extremely rude over the phone!. I was rushed off the phone and then hung up on, before I could even schedule an appointment. Don't they want customers? Apparently not. The staff was rude from the get-go. Don't go here!
