Courteous, professional, prompt

Abbey Locksmiths was a terrific experience. I called on a Monday, got an appointment for the following Monday (today). They agreed to send someone "between 10 and 11 a.m." At 10:05 a.m., "Gideon" arrived. He worked quickly, quietly, and diligently; in 15 minutes he repaired a front door lock that's been giving me trouble for almost 10 years. The price ($125 for a service call, plus tax) was probably not the cheapest, but who wants to cheap out on a locksmith? Note also that I live in Chelsea, not the UES where the business is located.

Polite & Quality Service

I called to have some locks changed and within 24 hours it was done. Abbey LS provides POLITE phone service, quality work and they are reliable.

Fast and Reliable

I had Abbey install a new lock and a window guard. They were fast and reliable - all you need in a locksmith. Oh! They were very reasonably priced too.
