Rude rude rude.. Very unprofessional and rude. Don't bother here. There are thousands of other plumbers in this city that will do the same work if not better, or the same if not better price, without the attitude. Go to nyc.gov to find a master plumber and google them for reviews. Had I known this I would have never called them.
