Looks like a shiny, rotten apple.. I've been to a few wine stores in my day... Say 150? Perhaps 200. Never have I seen such a rediculous markup on common wine. The prices are nearly comical. If you want a pleasant atmosphere, or pretty decorations go here. If you care about how much you wine costs, any other wine store is better.
