Great cakes but worst service EVER. I tried to order a cake for a birthday and although their website says call to order cakes, the girl on the phone didn't want to take my order. She said "you can just come in...it takes two seconds to write it out." I told her I would feel more comfortable if I could order in advance and she just didn't want to take the order. How crazy! But the cakes are tasty so if you live in the area, it's worth it....I guess.

Customer Service is horrible.. It's a shame because I've grew up in the Inwood section of Manhattan and have always enjoyed Carrot Top's cakes but this year their customer service has been down right rude. So I ordered a cake from them for my birthday and I'm a decorator so I had alot going on and I forget to pick up the cake. My preordered cake was to be picked up by 6pm that evening and by the time I looked it was 10 minutes to 8! I thought to myself that Carrot Top should have called me to remind to come and pick up the cake especially if the store was about to close!! How could they not? That would mean I'd be without a cake on my birthday! They obviously cared less. Now, one week later it's my friends birthday so I call up to order a cake and the person who answers the phone is SO RUDE. Her tone was invasive and she was short. She didn't want to answer any of my questions and she hung up on me! What's going on Carrot Top?! You're about to lose a good customer...

Too many cakes to try. Delicious cakes. Highly recommend the Strawberry Cheesecake.

The meals are also tasty.

A Bakery everyone should know about. I've been eating at Carott top for years. They have the best carrot cake and carrot cookies around town. They also have good breakfast sandwitches and lunch specials. In addition they give you a lot of food for your money.
