one homophobic person ruins it all. I've been going to Groom Team regularly for the past year and a half that I've lived in the neighborhood. I only go to Victor because he does a great job and gives me the perfect cut every time. Victor is also friendly and personable. He does such a good job, that I've been willing to give Groom Team my business even though the atmosphere is made particularly homophobic due to the woman who works the front desk. She always makes me feel unwelcome. She gives me dirty looks, refuses to look me in the eye, and makes it very clear that my presence is unwanted. No one else who works there makes me feel that way, in fact, the other people who work there are really nice. So I started going there on Sunday mornings only, when that woman isn't working, in an attempt to avoid her completely. I'm always really nice to her and polite, but after my experience with her again today, I just can't support their business anyone. This is NYC for crying out loud, and I refuse to allow this woman to bully me any longer. I'm going to miss Victor's excellent faux-hawk.

IT COST ME MONEY. My girlfriend love the store even had to nearly pull her out the door to make her stop buying ( please warned us man before u open one in atlanta Pleeeeaaase !
