UNFAIR. Loved hotel/staff/location.... BUT would NOT stay again and NEVER recommend due to "OWNERS" unfair 24hr No Show /Cancellation policy with "NO EXCEPTIONS". So if you have a medical emergency, death, weather problems/delays, etc. you will be charged a fee regardless...basically no reason is good enough. I was charged $307.56 fee and i know the hotel was not even at Full capacity that day. I was suppose to stay 12/27 till 12/31 but due to NYC freak snowstorm airports were closed so i was detoured unable to get into NYC to check into hotel till 12/28. And i was unable to give them 24hr notice because of that. I even called twice on 12/27 to update hotel about my status but to them it was already past 24hr notice so it didnt matter and i was still charged. It is so disappointing that this hotel would make money that way off their customers.

Pleasently Suprised. Rooms was clean and fresh. The staff was very friendly and helpful. A great find.

Excellent hotel. One of the best and cheapest hotels in NYC. The location is amazing, Times Square is almost the backyard of the hotel. Staff were friendly, breakfast was great, coffee machines 24h on the lobby and at the room!

Very clean and warm (for cold weather) and AC for the hot ones. I truly recommend it!

EXCELLENT HOTEL.. QUALITY AT A GREAT PRICE. I come to NYC all the time regular for the past 7 years.. I have stayed in 4 star hotels the lot.. The thing about NYC is weird the higher you go up in ratings.. the smaller the room, they charge you for everything from internet, breakfast, newspaper to gym access. This hotel gives an excellent continental breakfast, free interent, very good size room, comfy bed, flat screen TV, and great location at times square. The staff here is so nice very accomodating.. If your looking for quality at a great price STAY HERE!!

The best Hotel for the money in a perfect location. We have recommended this hotel to friends. It is right in Times Square but no noise. The rooms are small but very clean and the staff is wonderful. We're going back again in May.

One of the most convenient hotels in NYC. We always try to make this hotel our first choice. It is near Times Square, several good restaurants, within walking distance of most theaters, and close to subways and buses.

The staff is friendly, courteous and efficient. We're happy to be greeted by Yvonne upon arrival. We've stayed here for several days two or three time a year for many years.

Good Midtown value. Nothing fancy, but a great home base for Manhattan exploration. Small rooms, but very clean. Staff was friendly. We had no issues in our 4-day stay. Very good "value" as far as value goes in NYC! Location is the key. 1/2 block from Times Square, a few good restaurant/pubs on the block. Very close to the Subway system.

Poor customer service-small dirty, ill-equipted rooms!. Checked in Friday afternoon @ 2:45 and had major check-in issue with rate and rooms. Staff seemed to be gagged by management on options to fix. No hotel Manager in again until Monday..think its set up this way, so nothing could be addressed till then!!! They do not understand service here. You're just a number and so many people come into the city they don't need repeat business. Why try and make you welcome. Room was 10x12 with clean but VERY thin and well used bedspread and linen. Towels even thiner and only 2 in room ($300 room!!) Staff was distant and did not have command of English language and simply could not help with any issues.. A HUGE dissapointment in service and quality. Internet did not extend to 8th floor room with halways 3-4ft wide!! Contintal breakfast running empty 1hr after start. A terrible hotel and staff and atmosphere.

Judging by the two other people with major issuesin line in front of me at checkout, AVOID this place at all costs!!!

Disappointed and frozen in NY. My husband & I arrived late 3/16/06 & learned that the hotel would have no heat & no hot water for the entire night. We were given a space heater and an extra blanket, but not one dime was taken off the cost of our room. Our room had 2 large windows with freezing air leaking in around the AC in the window. We stayed for 3 nights because we couldn't find a room elsewhere. Not once in that time did the radiator ever turn on. We also couldn't get the internet access we were promised so my husand was unable to keep in touch with his office.
