Nice Atmosphere, Filthy Restaurant

When you first walk into Rendezvous, it looks promising and smells delightful. To bad the gloss wears off the second you sit down. Really bad service from a wait staff that doubles in the bar and absolutely filthy surroundings made me feel as if the place hasn't been scrubbed in a long while. If you doubt it, just sit down and let your arms stick to the tables or look up and see the grease and dust hanging off of the light fixtures. It's a shame as this was once a great place to get falafel and hummus. It took no time to get seated, but forever to get the attention of the waitress and then we had to get up and find her in order to place our food order and drinks. Sad. Really sad, with so many other places to choose from, it is off my list.

good time at a bar with friends

It was a great time, drinking and enjoying some hookah! The food was alright, nothing special, but not bad at all, I had an ok experience and it was a good night! I would recommend this place if in the area.

Hookah Heaven With Subpar Food

Who says one can't smoke in New York City bars / restaurants anymore? Here at Le Rendez-vous, one can smoke, drink, and eat here. The food isn't all that impressive unfortunately, but maybe worth trying when in the area and in need of a good hookah.
