RUDE RUDE RUDE. No stars for this place...but 1 is there because City Search requires me to

I always thought their jewelry was beautiful. I was looking to redo my engagement ring setting and saw a beautiful setting in the window. I went in to see if I could try it on. Upon seeing my current engagement ring the clerk (who I am assuming is the owner) told me that he does not reset rings not made by him...I politely told him I understood and that I would like to see what the ring looked like on my hand. He looked at me swayed his hand at me and told me he didn't have time for me...Agitated by his rudeness I yelled out "Yeah, right why because you're not going to get money from me"? He blatantly said yes why am I going to waste my time on you? I proceeded to yell at him saying he was rude and that neither I nor anyone else I know will ever come to this store for any jewelry.

I could have gone back there for any other kind of jewelry; he lost any bit of business he will ever get from me or anyone I know....

Excellent Service. My wife was not happy with her original selection, and wanted to upgrade it. These folks were seriously committed to making her selection a good experience. I am impressed.

Thieves. Worst place ever, I went there and found something I liked, however, the stone was crooked and they didn't want to fix it. They asked for money and said you can't get this anyplace else. I found something else better, cheaper and better customer service. I wouldn't be surprised if their diamonds are fake either!!

best diamond store. my husband and i went shopping for my engagement rings and walked into diamond city in 2005. we were impressed with howard that we bought the diamond that day ! they made us the ring we wanted in a few hours, it was amazing! i still go back to have it cleaned and checked and they are so nice.everyone always compliments me on my ring. i highly reccomend this place.

Gorgeous Diamonds--super customer service. My husband and i bought our 3carat diamond wedding band here about a year ago. We definitely shopped around before buying but ended up at Diamond City b/c they had the most beautiful diamonds for the best price. We dealt with Howard and he was extremely accommodating and working with us to get the biggest diamonds for the best price. Well, i just had to take my ring in b/c it had become too tight. Elona helped me with it and she was an absolute doll. I highly recommend this place for both the diamonds and the customer service. They are great!

Highly recommended. I had a specific budget and a ring in mind .Elona was very accommodating in working with me on every detail and making it perfect.When i presented it to my fiance she was ecstatic.If you looking for a specific design or just shopping for a beautiful diamond--- Diamond city is a company i would highly recommend.

Excellent service and trustworthy. Impeccable customer service offer by Diamond city owners Howard and Danis made and experience of buying an engagement ring very pleasant.They offer a great collection of loose and pre-mounted diamonds with great variety of plain gold and diamond mountings. HIGHLY recommended. They will not rip you off.

Gorgeous Diamond Rings. My husband and I bought my diamond wedding band from Diamond City and it is absolutely gorgeous! My husband is somewhat frugal so he did quite a bit of research on finding the best diamonds at the most reasonble price, and after going to several places, we ended up purchasing a stunning 2 carat diamond and platinum wedding band from Howard at Diamond City. Howard was great and we really trusted him. Now i am constantly getting compliments on my ring!! Furthermore, they will clean or repair it for a lifetime!! Nice!! I would highly recommend you check out Diamond City if you want top quality diamonds!
