I’m in my early 20's and this was my very first time picking out an engagement ring and I must say I was overwhelmed by the whole process. I walked into those big box stores all around the mall and just felt like I would be taken advantage of not knowing what I was doing. After all, all I do is shop online. I feel I can get the best prices for the best product. So I decided this purchase would be no different….I decided to read up and learn about diamonds. Upon my searches I was referred again and again to Yeukutiel at I.D. Jewelry. He has helped many many people and so that’s where I turned.

I had such an excellent experience with Yeukutiel at I.D. Jewelry that I really felt like I should pass their name along to others like myself who are completely lost in the process. His personal and quality service along with EXCELLENT pricing far exceeds what you can possibly get at those box stores. From start to finish Yeukutiel helped me at every point. He started with what I was looking for and moved on from there. He showed me as many stones as I requested. He was able to call in stones from other major online vendors so that I could get and view a picture (They are in NY and I'm in TN so we did basically did everything via phone and email). Throughout this whole process I was very surprised at the promptness and attentiveness Yeukutiel gave to me. We emailed each other at all hours of the day...well after 5pm when the others wait till the following business day to return emails. After I had annoyed Yeukutiel to death we finally found the perfect stone! From there I told him what I was looking for in a setting and once again he found a great priced setting. All in all I will definitely revisit Yeukutiel at I.D. jewelry whenever I need any sort of jewelry. (Also didn't have to pay taxes since I live outside of NY! Big savings right there rather than going to a box store.) Also, if you're scared about insurance there are many options out there...jewelers mutual for one... BTW any store will clean or tighten a pong for you. They just want you in their store so that they have the chance to possibly sell to you.

Overall it took me about a month to find the exact stone and setting that I was looking for. This includes the time I took to read up on what I was getting into and looking for types / styles of stones. Again I cannot say how much Yeukutiel helped me finding the perfect ring. Give them a shot, you won’t regret it!!

Horrible Quality Rings. Let me preface this by saying that this is the first bad review that I have ever written. But I feel compelled to tell people about my experience so that others can avoid my situation.

I can sum this place up in four words: beautiful diamonds, horrible rings. And, when your diamonds keep FALLING OUT of because the quality of the ring is so low, then, well, the beauty of the diamonds is a null point.

My husband and I purchased our wedding rings here. I got a lovely eternity band with diamonds all around. He got a custom rose gold band with a silver stripe in the middle. They were stunning, and we were thrilled with the low prices. However, we'd just gotten back from our honeymoon when we noticed two things: my husband's ring was all scratched up, and I'd lost a diamond in my ring. Two months later, and three more were missing. I rushed back to ID Jewelry to complain. In fairness to them, they replaced the missing diamonds -- but not before getting very defensive and accusing me of losing the diamonds because of being too rough with ring, saying "We don't know what you do in your spare time." Um, I work a desk job, and the closest I get to any extreme sport is spin class. Two months later, and four diamonds were missing again. Frustrated, I took it to a jewelry designer for a second opinion. He examined it, and explained that the diamonds were falling out because the prongs were extremely shoddingly made. Some were too long, others were too short -- and the too short ones were the reason that the diamonds were falling out. He pointed out seven other instances of the prongs being too short, meaning that I'd soon be missing more than half of the diamonds. So ... I am calling it a loss and am getting an entirely new ring made. It seems to be my only option -- unless I want to pay visits to ID Jewelry every two months for the rest of my life.

I am very surprised that this place gets such great reviews. I am tempted to say that my experience was a fluke -- except it happened not only with me AND my husband. I'm hugely disappointed that they'd give me such a low quality item for such a important moment in my life.

The Best. Excellent customer service. Israel and Julia are so friendly and extremely professional. You will find the best selection and best prices here. We travel from Texas to buy here and wouldn't go anywhere else.

great price, trustworthy! perfect egangement ring.... Yekutiel is the man, this guy will work with your budget, answer all your question and give you his honest opionion and not try and sell you a diamond that cost alot more when you can barely see the diference. He was also very helpful and replaced a small diamon that went missing on my fiacee's ring without extra charge. They stand behind their product 100% and trust me when I say that your fiance will love the ring!

Beautiful selection with great prices!. I bought my fiance's engagement ring and diamond here. They have such a knowledgeable staff and they arent pushy at all. They really helped me find what was best for my girl and for my budget. I highly recommend this place for any jewelry needs. Its right in the center of NYC diamond district. I looked in a lot of place but this one cant be beat.

Mom and Dad's Anniversary Present!. My dad wanted to buy my mom a ring for her anniversary present. He asked me to help him find a place. I came onto Citysearch and found ID Jewelers. I read the good reviews to I figued it can't hurt to stop in and check them out. The service was first class and the quality of the diamonds was amazing!! Everything was certified and the craftsmanship of the ring was flawless. My dad was really happy with my selection and bought the ring on the spot!

Great prices and amazing diamonds. They looked for the best diamond they could find at my price, in the size and color we wanted for my sons engagement ring- he and his fiance are thrilled- we were able to do so much better here than anywhere else- My husband bought my wedding band here last year and I get compliments every day on it. Tami and Yuketeil are wonderful. I will be back for sure.
