Sparkly diamonds. Elegant atmosphere. I would rate my diamond buying process at Roman Malakov as very good. At first I was intimidated from the place as it seemed too "high line" compared to the other shops in the the area. But after looking at some diamonds I felt good enough to buy a 1.30 carat gorgeous rock at a very reasonable price. They have the best cut diamonds I have seen; and trust me I shopped!.

Great customer service, great diamonds!. My husband proposed to me with an engagement ring from here it is a 3.2 carat radiant diamond and it's absolutely divine! We went back for my amazing diamond wedding band and his wedding band mine with diamonds his just a band and we've even gotten a diamond tennis bracelet there. I work with Boris Malakov he is the best this is a great jeweler with a large selection. Boris is oficially our family jeweler! Thanks Boris for everything! We will be back in December for my Xmas present!

Quit complaining and get serious. diamonds are serious bizz. I don't understand what all the complaining is about. all they are looking for are serious buyers. my engagment ring was finished just a few days ago and my diamond is not the best diamond out there but that's what i asked for because my finace doesn't have a billion dollars to spend. the people here are warm and the salesman we worked with has a great deal of knowledge about everything we asked him. LP23, if your stone was bad quality then why did you buy it in the first place? hmmmm, something fishy about your comment.

BUYER BEWARE. The diamonds are not good quality, the sales people have no integrity and will rob you blind if they can. They sold me a poor quality stone, charged me over $15K for it, and when I complained I was told they would make it right but I'm still waiting for them to call. Now we are stuck with a poor quality ring trying to figure out how to fix the situation.

Terrible Experience. Went to the store looking for a specific style ring. I told them where we saw the ring online and the salesperson immediately accused us of having no interest of buying and accused us of being there just to try on the ring and buying somewhere else. Salesperson was also very snotty by saying that his store is had way better quality diamonds and inferred that we could not afford his diamonds. Of course when we told him that we were there because he had better stones, he did not believe us and barely helped us out. A very bad experience and will not return.
