Truly terrible customer service. Rude and obnoxious. As a long-time customer, I am especially offended that at the non appreciative attitude I receive when trying to place orders. Will not go back.

Great place for headshots and postcards. I have to order my photos from 2 states away, and they were amazing. I got great headshots and postcards, exactly the way I asked, from "touch ups" to final product. I will use them again and recommend them to others
A Great Business For Headshot Reproductions. I was looking for a place to get my headshots printed and reproduced from my Flash Drive. I heard about Precision Photo and I thought I would give it a try and was very impressed with their service and professionalism. Mike knew his stuff and gave me great pointers regarding the touching up of my headshots. I will gladly give Precision Photos my business and I proudly endorse them for all my headshot and postcard and business care reproductions.
Wonderful...just wonderful.... I brought some of my family archive pictures that were falling apart. Some were ripped and others had discoloration on the picture. Not only did they restored the pictures back to their original state, they also provided outstanding customer service!
Excellent photo restoration & customer service. I was a bit concerned about the previous reviews, however I went to the studio to have some pictures restored. I spoke to Frank and his customer service was excellent. The turnaround and quality was outstanding. Highly recommended!
I'm never coming back here!!!!!. Michael the owner does not care about his customers! He still owes me $49. He took my money several years ago when he gave me an extension over the phone to pick up my head shots. I had a hard time deciding on the final product and told him I needed more time, which he agreed to. I gave him a deposit. Long story.... Bottom line this guy takes your money and does not help at all. He actually said actors are stupid! I am not joking. Why would I take the time to write this review. I totally agree with Elyse. She is right. By the way, it sounds a little to commercial for the review written below me. I think Michael wrote his own review.
