The theater is one component of the vast Marriot Marquis hotel complex. Sadly, three old theaters were demolished to make way for the present undistinguished building. The box office, located in a cubicle on the street, is separated from the lobby, which is several stories above ground, so plan ahead to determine where to meet your party. Inside, however, the Marquis is large and comfy, with great sightlines all around the theater.
