These guys were a well-oiled machine. They were so efficient and really took a lot of care with our rickety antiques. There was a lot going on on our block that morning: concrete being poured directly in front of our building, a job fair, a flea market, a farmer's market, and another FlatRate team moving someone into our building. They handled all of that, got the job done ahead of schedule, and were smiling the whole time.
Pros: Punctual, Precise, Solved Problems Quickly and Efficiently
Cons: Not the Cheapest, but Certainly the Best.

The initial processing is extremely efficient, and my salesperson was thorough but not at all pushy. The price was fair and did not change as stated, and I was able to make changes to my items up until the day of the move. Nothing was damaged, and the move was quick and painless- much, much more than I expected. I would highly recommend FlatRate to everyone! Thanks :)
