What a nice place!

Great food and atmosphere. The place just feels like home, from the first time you walk in.

Kick-Ass karaoke on Fridays. I had blast!

The Met is the place to be on a Friday night

I have been having lunch at the Metropolitan Grill twice a week for 3 months now, and enjoyed every dish I tried. The service was fast and courteous, and so inexpensive. Then I went to dinner on a Friday night which again was fantastic, and I happened upon their karaoke night. The atmosphere was excellent. Everyone was singing, and applauded by all. There is no doubt as to the friendliness of this excellent bar/restaurant. It seemed as if everyone was treated like family. The crowd was mixed, but everyone was openly friendly to all. I can't wait to go back, and bring more friends with me. Steaks and burgers-excellent, as well as their buffalo wings and calimari. I can't wait to experience the working fireplace in the winter months. The Met is truly the place to be for either lunch, dinner, cocktails, or karaoke. Strongly recommend.

Best Burgers

The Metropolitan has the best burgers in all of Manhattan. Bar staff and waiters are exceptional in that they are friendly and fast. Not expensive at all. Karaoke on Friday nights is a blast. I highly recommend "The Met" for its food, service, price, and great karoke
