Knowledgeable and trustworthy. I lost the ruby from my diamond and ruby wedding set near my Southern California home. After shopping around, I was unable to find a replacement at a reasonable price, and as a result, hadn’t worn my ring for years. While vacationing in New York, I happened to pass by Martin Busch jewelers. Since I had my broken ring with me, I went inside to look around and to maybe get some advice. The staff immediately put me at ease with their honesty and helpfulness, and I was very happy with the repair price that was quoted. I left my ring with them, and flew home to California with nothing but a paper claim check.

A few weeks later, as promised, my ring was mailed back to me. It looks more beautiful than ever! I am thrilled to be able to wear my beautiful wedding set again and have been receiving so many compliments on the ring! I wholeheartedly recommend Martin Busch to anyone who is shopping for jewelry or jewelry repair. The staff is nice, funny, friendly, knowledgeable and, most importantly, trustworthy.

I AM SO VERY DEDICATED TO PLACE FOR 6 YEARS NOW!!. MY MOTHER WORKS ACROSS THE STREET FROM THEM. ONE DAY 6 YEARS AGO SHES BRINGS ME ONE OF THEIR FLYERS BC SHE KNOW SINCE I WAS 5 I ABSOLUTLEY LOVE JEWELRY. I WENT DOWN TO CHECK OUT WHAT THEY HAD.I WAS FASCINATED W/ ONE OF THEIR PIECES.SO I BOUGHT IT. I GOT SOOO MANT COMPLIMENTS ON IT.ITS MY FAVORITE RING. EVER SINCE THEN I ONLY GO TO THEM. THEY TELL YOU EXACTLY WHAT KIND OF DIAMOND YOUR GETTING, THEY ARE 100% TRUTHFUL.AND THE PEOPLE ARE SO VERY NICE IN THEIR.NO ONE IS OUT TO GET YOUR MONEY, THEY JUST WANT YOU HAPPY! Best Service & Follow Through. My fiance and I have been customers of Martin Busch Jewelers in the Financial District of NYC for over 5 years now, and couldn't speak more highly of our experience there. He usually stops by just before major events like birthdays, Christmas, anniversaries, etc. and comes out with something beautful that we both know I'll love and wear often, and for a long time. Over the years, they have been a huge help to us both on many occasions. Most recently, they helped my fiance select an engagement ring that still leaves me speechless and that suits me perfectly, and he rushed (in one afternoon) the final order so that the ring could be ready for a very last minute trip to Mexico, where my fiance proposed; when we returned, he had the ring sized in less than 2 days. Most definitely recommend!!

A lovely hidden jem in the Financial District. I was looking for a birthday gift for my sister's 21st birthday and I happened to stumble upon a small jewelry store near where I work. I'm very glad I did. I was greeted with smiling faces and a diverse selection of jewelry to choose from, both in price and design. I felt very comfortable and I was given as much time as I needed to make my selection, as well as helpful advice and information.

In the end, my sister loved her gift and I had a great experience at Martin Busch Jewelers. I will certainly go back to them.

Best jewelry store in Manhattan!. This store is a hidden secret in the financial district. I would often walk past it and gaze in the window at their beautiful pieces. I went in one day to buy myself a present and was greeted by a warm, helpful staff that certainly reflected a love for their work and a history in this area of Manhattan. They were helpful without being pushy and accomodating in hunting down styles that I liked that they didn't have. They know each of their customers by name as it's clear that they have regulars. Their quality selections are varied with something for everyone. Their prices are reasonable and they often have holiday sales. My husband and I bought our wedding bands here and we are so pleased. If you are in the market for a special gift or just to treat yourself I highly recommend this store. I wouldn't buy jewelry anywhere else!
