bad bad bad

I have been to this office only twice now, both times had to wait a good hour before seeing anyone. Dr Lubitz told me to email him if anything came up, I did not receive a response to my email. I called and left a message for the Dr on call after a severe reaction to what they did (wont go into details here) and received no response. When the woman asked me to take my shirt off for a patch test I was told they do not have gowns and not to worry its just her. Even when you get a mamogram they give you a gown. What kind of Dr's office tells patients to undress without a gown? What kind of Dr doesn't respond to emails and his own answering service? A bad one. On a personal level I found Dr Lubitz insulting in the way he spoke to me.

Excellent Doctor who cares about patient satisfaction!

Dr. Lubitz is a fantastic doctor. His staff is very friendly and accommodating. He really goes the extra mile in helping his patients understand what is going on and looks to help you out economically. He always makes himself available when I need to speak to him or calls me back in a timely manner.

I can't recommend him enough!

AN AMAZING DOCTOR

I've been going to Dr. Lubitz for allergy treatment for more than 5 years. He impressed me on my very first visit. Since then, I have recommended him to several of my friends. Not only does he spend as much time with me as I need, he explains everything and is very patient. Dr. Lubitz is one of those doctors that got into the profession because he truly wants to make his patients feel better.

One a side note- he is also very funny!

I highly recommend him. His office staff is also very friendly and courteous!

I wish he were my GP

I've been seeing Dr. Lubitz for a few years now. I used to suffer from pretty bad allergies; it felt like I was allergic to everything. Thanks to him, my misery from pollen season is a thing of the past. Prior to seeing him, I was seeing a different allergist who was pretty shady and basically ran a factory - where you get as many people in as possible, administer shots and get them on the way. That doctor was all about money. Dr. Lubitz is not. He's full of integrity and he honestly does care very much for his patients.

Dr. Lubitz is also an amazing diagnostician. I recently started to develop eczema all over. He asked me about other symptoms and was able to diagnose what it was. Blood tests confirmed the diagnosis and an effective treatment was prescribed.

I enjoy my visits to his office. He's extremely intelligent, funny, and caring. I have a tremendous amount of respect for him. You never feel like you're just a number in that office. His staff is also amazing.

A dedicated doctor who gives the most to his patients

I have gone to Doctor Arthur Lubitz for 20 years and there is no-one to match his caring and concern for every patient . A great doctor is one who loves his work and that is Dr. Arthur Lubitz. With a sense of humor and understanding, he gives the utmost attention to each patient and really hears with they have to say.
