Lousy service

Use to get great service and the garments would be delivered the next day or two. This time around, the company had the garments for nearly 3 weeks. Never heard from the company about the delay. when I phoned, the gentleman responded that one garment in particular needed serious repair work and he was looking into different options. 3 weeks? So he offered to stop by with the garment so we could figure out a solution. He never showed up nor did he call. When I called the next day, I was told that he was delayed and didn't have my phone number. No apology. Nothing. I told him to drop off the garment without any repairs since we were not getting the service we had in the past.

Why are all reviews coincidentally written on /3/17/06?? It's hard to trust any of them. Seems like they all knew each other and own Fashion Award Cleaners.

my overall opinion of fashion award is i would and do recommend them to any one lookin for a good and professional dry cleaner my clothes come back lookin brand new and get personal door to door delivery recommend them highly
- Pros: door to door , packagedwell, hung well
