Illegal uncertified workers at this salon

The woman from Thailand who believes she is a superstar hair stylist has no training except from the manager and no license. She burned my scalp putting bleach on it. It is ilegal to color hair if you have no certificate. This woman is a danger to woman seeking hair color and a slap in the face to all the people who went to training and earned a certificate to do hair.

You can trust them!

I have gotten my hair done a lot of places and get nervous when I'm not going to a one of the larger salons I've been to. But, you can trust Spectrum. I got highlights there last year before my sister's wedding that I loved and I recently got the Brazilian Keratin Treatment there as well. I've been very happy with the results and felt very well taken care of while there. Everyone is not only very nice but they also do a great job!!! I highly recommend!!

Spectrum=spectacular!

Just went & had my hair cut at Spectrum salon. I cannot say enough good things about it!!! Lana is an absolute doll, very helpful, & gave me exactly what I asked for. (at the end of the haircut also showed me how I can style it at home).The girl who washed my hair was very pleasant too!!

Overall my experience was a good one!! If you are in this neighborhood I would highly recommend checking this place out!!!

• Pros: Very clean, not long waits..take u at ur appt. time, not rushed out the door

Best highlights I've ever gotten

Lana your wonderfule. My hair is attracting all sorts of eyes in a good way of course. I've gotton many complements about my new look. Thank you so very much for the great job.

I spend $300 on color and $175 on a haircut when I go to my 'top salon' not because of price but because I want the job done right. Well, I was looking for a place to blow dry my hair on a lazy night and I tried Spectrum since it was close to my apt. I started going once a week and Lana does an awesome job!! My next step is to try a cut with her so I'll report back how it goes. She is a new owner of the salon and the atmosphere is so friendly, warm and welcoming. You'd never think to step in if you saw it from the street but you should!
