Wasabi Mayo Please! Low Prices!!!

I have been a regular customer of Cargo for the past 4 years! YUM! i recommend it to everyone i know, the food is always delicious no matter hat you order you are sure to be pleased! the service is average but it makes up for that in the kitchen! the atmosphere is always intruiging they are constantly chaning up the inside and re painting the outside!

Recomendations:

The Cheeseburger,it is scrumptious! and they serve it on an english muffin!!

The grilled chicken on garlic bread, i always ask for fresh mozzerella on top omg so gooood!

the adobe rubbed skirt steak-supreme!!!!

And ALWAYS-ALWAYS ask for some wasabi mayo on the side besause you can dip and spread it on everythinggggg i love it!

Mostly a fine place...

The crowds are super, the service is not snooty or "on PMS" as one rater so elligently put it. It's a great time. I like the cajun shrimp wrap, and all the bar type apetizers are great. Drink selection is back and forth but the recent addition of Blue Point and Magic Hat taps is great. Live music, DJs...

The french fries could use some work though.

• Pros: Good People, mostly good music, mostly great service.
• Cons: The french fries, the occasional lack of your choice beer.

If only the place and experience itself were NEARLY as good as the food it serves

I have been going to the Cargo Cafe for about 6 years now and I must say it has taken quite the nosedive. While the food remains good, the rest of the experience can be quite scary at times even. For one, the owners are total jerks. They are nasty to anyone, even paying regulars. They treat their staff terribly, which i suppose might be why they all have grown to have horrendous attitude problems and are terrible at their jobs. The Cargo use to be a place where you would befriend your waitress. It has turned into a place where the waitresses either completely forget you exist or are snotty to you the entire time you're there. Although I suppose when being attractive is the most important attribute one looks for in hiring a waitress, this is bound to happen. I once waited over an hour and a half for a table to sit and eat dinner with a large group of people (all of which wanted to order entrees) because they were having trivia night and entire booths were being taken up by one or two people with a drink each. No one asked to use the tables to serve food and have the gamers sit at the bar, it was OUTRAGEOUS!. While the taste of the food is always excellent, the health conditions are dissturbing. I have seen insects in places they should not be to say the least. There is also a constant flow of under age drinking. I have heard the owners specifically tell the bouncer NOT to card females. It is dissgusting. The general air of the Cargo has become one of "we have customers lined up around the block and don't need your business" however, I have seen it very empty on many nights and I would advise the owners to rethink this attitude because I happen to know for a fact that it has turned MANY people off from wanting to go there. It is a pity that such good cooks couldn't be located in an environment that nearly lives up to the quality of their food. I now only go there to pick up my order as I cannot stand the horrible experience that accompanies the food.
