In Short
A pink and blue color scheme, white tile floors and hacienda-like arched windows combine for a subtle Southwestern motif at this fast-food chain. Founded in Southern California in 1962 by Glen Bell (who invented the pre-fab hard taco shell), this casual order-at-the-counter Mexican restaurant features classics like tacos, nachos, quesadillas and burritos. In recent years, menu offerings have expanded to include specialty items like gorditas, chalupas and cinnamon twists.

To Whom It May Concern : I grew up in Manitou Springs, CO 80829. When I lived in Colorado and we go go to Taco Bell, the food was simply worth coming back for each week without hesitation. Now, each and every time I decide to go to your restaurant here in Staten Island, time and time again the food is not the quality that it was. First off, if you order a crunchy taco, you'd assume you'd get a crunchy taco. I have yet to get a crunchy taco, because they are soggy, as if they sat around for an hour or so. The burrito supreme used to have black olives inside atleast out west they did, none here. Isn't your menu supposed to be the same consistancy across the board, regardless of the store locations ? $ 8.50 for three soggy taco supremes and a burrito supreme is ridiculous. I could have gone and made my own at home and I could feed five people easily on that amount and they'd be satisfied the shells are crunchy. I really honestly dread going to the location on Staten Island, only because it still has yet to change it's quality. Mexican food is a unique food as it is. Growing up out west, you certainly know what Mexican food is about. I just wanted to complain about the taste and quality at this particular location and hope that the next time I go there, something will have been done to the quality of what is being served. I know places out here tend to hire people that simply don't care about what they are serving, as long as they are paid, that's all that matters. But your company has a reputation as a whole to keep and I know for a fact this store could be amongst your best if it produced the quality food that your stores do in Colorado. My favorite store was located in Colorado Springs, just outside Manitou Springs. The family would go there every single Tuesday for Taco Tuesday, which I don't even know if that exists any longer. I hope you knick this
