I tried this place based on a rave review posted here. I was shocked at how far off the review was. I ordered the Osso Bucco, and was stunned at a number of problems - First Problem- How small the portion was. It was obviously a short shank, in which case you should be served two pieces. Second Problem - Osso Bucco is supposed to melt like butter in your mouth...mine was like chewing on a piece of shoe leather. The sauce was thin, and obviously burned, as if left in the pan too long. I still cannot get over how bad it was. Third Problem - I mentioned to the waiter that my dish was overcooked, she said she would check with the chef...and I was told "that's the way it's supposed to be" - Great way to treat your customers...blow them off ! And for that price ? It was not what I was expecting.

Outstanding Veal Osobuco, complimented perfectly with Risoto Milanese - the best I've had in a long while!! Highly recommeneded!! Seafood selection extensive and of superior quality for Staten Island.. I can't wait to go back!
