Great Homemade Food. Excellent food homemade! We were impressed with the variety of dishes on the menu. I would recommend this place to my friends and family to visit this charming restaurant.

Horrendous. Toto's on Fr. Capodano Blvd is a dump. The "chef" is the type of guy who will move a family of four from a window table so that a local want to be gangster and his girlfriend can look at the water. The food is "fresh prepared" which translates to 45 minutes after you order for chicken parmigian or scallops. The service is good when it comes to drinks and bread. Overall on an island where there are more great italian restaurants than any other kind Toto's (on Fr. Capodano Blvd.) is well below par. Go anywhere else.
