Horrible Customer Service. Horrible Customer Service

I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my parents 25th anniversary via the Moravian Florist website. I tried to order it early in the morning so my parents would receive the flowers during the day time. First of all, the flowers never came in on the day that I ordered them. When I called the florist, they were not able to find ANY INFORMATION on my order at all. In the meantime, the man that I was speaking to gave me a horrible attitude saying I "prob never clicked submit" instead of apologizing that their computer system is flawed and asking to retake my order. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Customer service is everthing

Excellent Florist. My family and I have been customers at Moravian for many years. Our most recent experience was in March 2011, when our daughter was married. Moravian did all the flowers for the house, church, & reception hall. Sue, the owner, met with us several times and shared her ideas and suggestions. She is so professional and patient. She knows more about flowers than anyone we know. The attention to detail was amazing. She is a perfectionist and it shows in her work. The staff at Moravian is also the best. Each one of them are so helpful and kind. The guests at the wedding were talking about the flowers for weeks after the event. You will not regret your decision to have Moravian do your flowers at a wedding or any other event.

BEAUTIFUL ARRANGEMENTS. I have been a customer for about 10 years. About two weeks ago, I lost my dad. We were treated with such sincere respect that it was heart warming in such a time of sadness. The customer service is a "10", the workmanship is a "10". The special florial arrangements were a "10". This establishment is a pure "10" A special thank you to Cathy <3

WOW!!!!!!!. My daughter was married on 7/11, and what a job Moravian florist did for her wedding. I have never seen such beautiful flowers. Every one complimented on them. They were perfect, so perfect you would have thought they were artificial. My daughters bouquet & the center pieces for the table were just unbelievable. Thanks to the wondeful staff for doing a great job.

Came to the rescue for my wedding!. I recently had a terrible experience with Flowers by Bernard when they delived my bridal bouquet and it did not look anything like the one I had ordered. Since the florist was already closed for the day, my sister-in-law took the (hideous) bouquet to Moravian Florist and asked if they could help us at the last minute because my wedding was scheduled to begin in just over one hour and I could not use the bouquet I received. The staff at Moravian Florist immediately began arranging a new bouquet for me and in less than one hour, I had a beautiful, perfect bouquet, just in time for my wedding. I cannot thank the staff at Moravian Florist enough for their excellent service and wonderful skills. They were able to help me on very short notice and I am extremely thankful for all their hard work. I highly recommend Moravian Florist not only for their quality floral arrangements, but also for their customer service.
