Terrible work/service!. This place does horrible work. They installed a remote start on my girlfriends car which was not an issue. i went back for a remote start and glass break sensor on my car. 2 months later the remote start did not work and I went back multiple times for them to try and fix it; only after the 3rd time did they fix it. The glass break sensor hardly works and im scared to hit the glass any harder as it would shatter. Against my judgement, i went back for them to install HID in my car (because the one i installed was a crappy product) so I would not have to deal with the head ache. As soon as i got home, one light did not work. Went back, the installer said I knew I should have spliced the wires YET STILL DID NOT SPLICE THEM. He taped it and it worked for a day... guess what, it came out again. I went back and was furious and the took a look and rather than tape it, they glued it in.. Do they know the engine compartment gets to be about 300f and glue melts? It stopped working again. I went back and flipped, had a huge arguement because they said they couldnt fit me in, f inally they fixed it. It went out again... i went back had a huge argument with the fat guy there, the installer was rude as well.. They said they would fix it this time and make sure it doesnt happen again.. Customer service is very bad, products they use are very bad, they do terrible work... I will NEVER go back to them nor refer any customers to them.. Cant wait to see them go under

Great Customer Service!. I had a wonderful experience with the new management. Not only did they have fair prices but they took their time to explain how everything works. Their prices are average (nothing is for free) and the guys are funny too. I love my new car starter and I'm ready to brave the freezing cold winter. I would definitely refer them to a friend or family member. Thanks Paul!

HORRIBLE. This businessw is NOT under new management. It's the same store owner. He's the fat guy who chain smokes.He's always there. He just renovated the store to make it LOOK LIKE it's under new management. Don't let this thieving trashbag fool you! Go somewhere else if you don't want to get ripped off and want quality service.

UNDER NEW MANAGMENT. The place is now under new management which i think is great !!!

My car was done in a matter of no time ! I had auto remote start installed and am very pleased with it !

not to mention the place was renovated with a great new look ! The new owners are very accomidateing in the up most professional way ! I will certainly be coming back and i highly recommend Stereo Express !!!

HORRIBLE!. The place is a horror! The owner steals customers' money....I absolutely DO NOT recommend this shop to anyone!

DO NOT USE STEREO EXPRESS FOR ANYTHING!!. DO NOT GO TO STEREO EXPRESS FOR ANYTHING!!! I ordered two starter remotes for my car from them. I paid in full. They gave me the run around for months saying they didnt know why the product was delayed coming in but that they had'nt recieved it yet. Eventually I told them that I had enough and I wanted my money back. Again months before anything happened. Finally I go in there and he gives me a check. I run right to the bank to deposit it and of course 4 days later the check bounced. SO NOT ONLY WAS I OUT THE ORIGINAL MONEY I PAID BUT NOW MY BANK CHARGED ME A RETURNED CHECK FEE.

Again I repeat, do not use this place for anything or else you will get screwed like me and all the other people on this site.
