fresh Mex. The food at the burrito bar is very good and definiately the best mexican food in staten Island ,I also agree with another reviewer about the service at the bar,"the service at the bar is poor,I can't recall ever having to wait so long to get a drink anywhere ive ever been".infact I pretty much have removed the burrito bar from my list do to this situation and the liquor was bottom shelf which gave me a bad headache the next day.

all it needs is a fresh coat of paint and happier bartenders. this place can be really great when it's good. the bartenders who have all been there since i started coming here seem tired and cranky lately like they would rather go home and you are annoying them and if it's crowded it's impossible to get a drink. it's still a really fun atmosphere regardless of that. the crowd is never typical staten island crowd. and the food is still really excellent. i don't know what the dirty comments are about, aside from the place looking run down and the posters peeling off the walls the floors are always really clean especially in the upstairs restaurant. downstairs needs a paintjob bad. i usually leave before it gets too late so i don't stick to the floors. actually i'd say i constantly see the bartenders cleaning if not smiling anymore. i usually go on friday nights and the guy and the girl behind the bar both look really angry to be there. so do the waitresses. I'd give it 3 and a half stars if they'd let me. a year ago i'd say 4. food is still awesome! i had a burrito last time i was there and it was perfect. for staten island this is one of the best places to hang out.

Best Guacamole in town!. The Burrito Bar has been one of my favorite places for a long time. True, its not fancy, but if you just want to relax, kick back and enjoy some spicey wings, cheesey nachos, & delicious cocktails, this is the place. The staff is always welcoming and fun. There is a late night menu if you're in the mood for a midnight snack. Good times, good times.

Peace & Love baby!!!. This place is great! Dont listen to the bad review below. Of course your feet stick to the floor, its a bar with a dj and like 5 thousand drunk people having a good time. Half their drinks end up on the floor lol. I ate there many times and never had a problem with the food. And its not expensive at all. If your looking to be served with white gloves then of course this is not the place for you, but if you are looking to have a chill time with friends, want to relax with a cold beer or sangria and watch the game or dance on the bar then this is the place to be! Dont even have to get dressed up! Thats whats so great about it!

I hate this place. I live right near this bar/restaurant so I pass it all the time. Every time I see it I think "How on Earth is this place still open???" There are only two circumstances in which I will go there: when I am dragged there by friends because they know the bartender, and on the day of the SI St. Patty's Day Parade. On a normal day, your feet stick to the floor because it's dirty. They have like four or five beers to choose from, their nachos are plain and really hard, and their quesedilla consists of two tortillas, chicken and cheese. That's it. No pico de gallo, tomotoes, nothing. Do not waste your time or money.

User review by gina10600. I have been going to the burrito bar to dinner and just out for drinks for a while. The staff is great. The food is good whether you are going for dinner or just for a couple of drinks and a small appetizer. The maui wowie is the greatest drink ever. You can't beat a $10 pitcher of an awesome drink.

Love This Place. Honestly, I do not enjoy the Staten Island bar scene usually. But, The Burrito Bar is really fun. The staff are great, really friendly. This Maui Waui drink everyone mentions actually is awesome, it's served in a pitcher and tastes awesome. Oh, and they have the best Guacamole I've ever had. No lie.

the burrito bar restaurant. I really like the burrito bar. there is a bar/lounge area on the first floor where you'll find a few t.v.'s which usually have on a sports gameit is decorated with 60's and 70's themed pictures and knick-knacks there are a few tables to have drinks or snacks.(try the Queso Fundido and "fire")

Upstairs there is a dining room which is decorated with brightly colored mexican theme . there are candles everywhere etc.

the service is excellent and the food is delicious!(try the Citrus Chicken and the Carne Asada)
