gross. If Tom Carvel walked into this Carvel, he would either pass out or grab the owner by the neck and tell him not to insult his franchise. You walk into the place and its like rommpa room, there 3 or 4 16 year olds running this place. So obviously it will look like there bedrooms. Im actually not much of a complainer but the filth has gotten me P'd off enough to write this review, and i will be calling the board of health. DONT bring your children to this place unless, you dont mind kicking garbage out of your way, and paying $8 for 2 regular cones with sprinkles.If your lucky enought you can have the boy behind the counter wipe his pimped sweaty face and hand you your treat.
