RUDE initial contact with potential customer.
My review is based not upon the storage unit but rather the phonecall to inquire about the storage unit. AS i started to ask my question, I was abruptly told to hold on by a man who apparently would rather talk to his daughter about making certain to give her mom a flower before she left (which i, at first, thought was sweet) who then remarked as another phone line rang "Damn it can't everybody leave me alone today", who came back on the phone to me telling me he did not forget about me but then as i began to ask my question, was interrupted again but this time by him saying "Sh*t" and then asking me to call back in 5 minutes. I replied that i had a long list of places to call and probably would not call back (what can i say, i'm honest) figuring he might just answer my darn question quickly, if anything. Well he rudely told me to "go ahead and call everyone else on my list".
I would not want my personal belongings left in the care of someone how treats a potential customer that way - i mean imagine once he HAS my money and personal belongings how he would act?! I thought others out there would like to know this too, if it helps in making the decision to go with another company.
