My situation was a simple new springs and cables for a garage door. For me it was a big deal, for Mike it was a snap. He came on a rainy Saturday to make sure I was not outstaged by those weekly big profitable jobs his company works on. He also dismantled the old, dead for several years, electronic door opener because it hampered the door's operation - at no extra cost. I generally don't barther with internet reviews but I felt compelled by my appreciation. The cost was VERY reasonable and the garage door works like new. I also think integrity is one of the most important aspects of professionalism. Talk to mike for a few minuties and you feel like you've known him for 20 years. Yes, he"s a professional but, mainly and most importantly - Mike is one of the "Good Guys".
Pros: HIGH INTEGRITY - RELIABILITY
