“You never had great pizza until you had Joe & Pat's Pizza!”
“I'd say that now a days it's the best Italian restaurant on the island and still the best pizza in the City.”
“And the service was excellent, served by a beautiful young woman!”
A rustic glory, Joe & Pat's crisp, intense pies, with their chunked mozzarella and ultra-thin crusts, offer a kind of crude greatness you just don't find in Manhattan anymore. Eat it there. This masterpiece needs to be appreciated at its best.
DIRTY!. This place is dirty. My table found beer bottle caps in our ice, which we only discovered after drinking from the cup the entire meal. Luckily nobody choked or bit into the metal cap, which could have caused serious bleeding or major dental work. The manager seemed unconcerned about the seriousness of the issue, and refused to go beyond not charging for the soda. I've been to this place a few times, but won't ever go back. EAT HERE AT THE OWN RISK!!!!
best pizza in Staten island.
This is by far the best pizza the island has hands down.... its fresh and cooked perfect.
The peice is a bit pricey compare to other places but its worth it.
Great Pizza. Great pizza when the right person makes it! Some of the other guys make it raw. I'm italian and it must well cooked napoli style.
About #@$%# Time!.
It's about #@$%# time that Joe n Pats shows up in the best of Citysearch list. I don't know who Denino's is paying off to get listed at 10 when Joe n Pats is 14!!!??? Yeah, go to denino's if you want frozen pizza on paper plates, but if you want the good stuff you gotta go to Joe n Pats. The only thing Denino's has going for it is Ralph's Ices across the street and the Bayonne bridge down the block bringin NJ idiots to SI to eat fake NY piza.
And its not just about the pizza. I'd say that now a days it's the best Italian restaurant on the island and still the best pizza in the City.
The closest thing to authentic pizza. Thin crust at its best. The price was right on the money. And the service was excellent, served by a beautiful young woman! The food was great and everything came out fast and hot!
You never had great pizza until you had Joe & Pat's Pizza!. I grew up on this pizza, and so has my family of generations. They use the finest ingredients and make their pizza so perfectly. I LOVE IT! My uncle used to eat there every day after school and lunch on the weekends for his entire youth. I was only able to eat there every Sunday, or I would have been there everyday. The family who operates the business is very nice and professional. I would highly recommend it to all!
Best Pizza in New York.
I wish more New Yorkers could make the trip to Victory Blvd to taste these pies.
Best pizza in the city, no doubt.
The mozzarella sticks are exceptional as well.
Best Pizza. This is the best pizza in all of the five boroughs. Hands down. Thin crust, not too much cheese and great sauce.
Glenn Miele.
Joe & Pat's Pizzeria features a unique thin crust pizza with an especially wonderfully tasting tomato sauce. The mozzerella cheese is not grated, but cut into chunks, then baked in a rotisserie oven, which adds to the experience of savoring the best slice of Pizza in NYC! Joe bakes the best pie in the Tri-State area! (Pat has since moved on to the real estate business) His team of experts includes the Maitre'd - his wife Lena, and his son Angelo who have supported the establishment for many years.
Joe's pie making team is the best in the business, and have been taught the master's lesson in banging out the dough to form the perfect thin crust. Do not hesitate to get out to Joe & Pats any day of the week for a superior slice of NY Pizza!!!
My compliments to the best!

2-Step to J&P's. Best Pizza period. Dad went there back when it opened ('65?) and has been bringing the kids ever since. Anytime I come up from Texas, it's the first place we go.
