Great food, great value. On our visit to Yankee Stadium from Canada in June 08 we stumbled upon the Yankee Tavern. What a great find!! Great food at very reasonable prices and outstanding service from the hardest working staff I've ever seen; and with a smile on their faces. Not often you see these great neighborhood places stay in the family for 85 years. I think that says a lot. I highly recommend this for before or after game. Hey; if "The Babe" liked it, who are we to argue?

Yankees!!. Inexpensive, fun drinking crowd, walking distance from the stadium. Cheap beers, great times, I absolutely loved it!

Good food, cheap booze. I like this bar. Of course it's pretty nuts on game days, but when places like Stans (on River) are closed during the away games, it's a great place to watch the Bombers.
